Do you offer catering packages?
Yes. Our dinner and buffet packages include a great selection of cuisine, iced tea and coffee, linens, table settings, centerpieces, set-up and clean-up.

Our preferred caterer is Castroville Café which has more than 20 years of special event experience (please contact them for their seasonal menus and to set up personalized tasting appointment). We also make available a list of preferred vendors for cakes, flowers, décor and entertainment.


Do you offer discounts for non-Saturday dates?
Yes, please ask us about our discounts for Friday and weekday events.


What kind of bartender service is available?
You can bring the beer, wine and champagne, and we will serve the beverages for a modest fee. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol.


Where is parking located?
On-site complimentary parking is situated just a few steps from the Grande Hall, Pavilion and Patio.


Do I need to provide security?
We provide the security. In fact, depending on the size of the event, security personnel on horseback will patrol the parking area and grounds -- a sight many of our guests appreciate as a touch of country.
